Chasing Codes 4C5E 4BF5 DPF Echaust NOx Sensors

I recently deleted EGR & Cooler and installed Stg. 1 Tunezilla tune on '12 x5 35d w/190k miles. DPF was recently replaced by previous owner @ 160k miles so I'm keeping it in place for now for cost purposes (not wanting to throw another couple grand in a almost 200k mile vehicle till I need to).

Now I have both 4C5E and 4BF5 codes on Bimmerlink but I cant figure out which sensor to replace. I replace the exhaust pressure sensor on the top of the motor above the small turbo, so I'm thinking it is it the NOx sensor after the DPF or a different one before the catalytic converter? I'm showing 0 NOx Status Signal after NOx storage on BimmerLink app, but also showing 0.00 bar Exhaust Pressure Before Particle Filter. I was showing a P244A and P146 codes with OBDLink scanner but found those to expose a melted diff exhaust pressure hose that connects to the DPF. I replaced both of the 2 hoses, but now showing the 4C5E and 4BF5 on BimmerLink. Could it be the differential pressure sensor that the 2 exhaust pressure hoses connect to AND the NOx sensor after the DPF, or something else altogether?

Thank you all so much in advance.
