Bimmerlabs gone

I am trying to do the 328i to 330i conversion with the 3 stage manifold but it seems like BMW is cracking down on all the sites providing software and files to do so. I was able to get a hold of the standard tools and datens for this but i still need the tune that bimmerlabs would have provided. Does anyone know a way to get these still or does anyone have the files saved on their computer and could email them to me?

I think somebody mentioned somewhere that bimmerlabs website certificate has just expired. Looking at the error when opening it in my browser, this seems to be the case. I hope bimmerlabs updated their certificate and it returns online

Same predicament bought the 3 stage from eBay and was about to install it and found the site to be down.

Certificate is just expired but if you're using a chromium based browser, just type thisisunsafe and click enter.

Obviously it is unsafe and you won't be running a secure protocol anymore but you'll be able to access the site

I want to say they had to take down the software for legal reasons. Not 100% but I seem to recall hearing they’d received a cease and desist or some other letter from BMW.

Hope I’m wrong.

The site is still up. The SSL Certificate expired June 6th 2024. With a few tricks you can make the website fully functional:
- Use Chrome browser.
- Open this link: https://www.bimmerlabs.com/ajax.js?1.0
- Type "thisisunsafe" in the Chrome window. This will allow a script to run that is required by the site.
- Now change the browser URL to https://www.bimmerlabs.com and hit enter.
- Type "thisisunsafe", in the Chrome window again

You should then see the login page and everything on the site should then work, including new tunes.

If this helped you out, please spread the word.

Hey I’m not even able to get to the login page. Is there any workaround for this? I just got my new intake and new disa valves and was about to jump into it 😰

Thanks!

Did you see my post right above yours? It had the instructions to get in. I just updated them to be more simple.

Thanks Guys, yeah so I finally got some time to do it and it looks like they renewed it so I’m not having problems right now.
I think your reply explaining it differently was way better for me so if this happens again I’ll be doing what you said up there.
Thanks!
