Tips & Tricks for pulling the head while the engine is in the car?

Something isn't sealing on my fresh engine build.....coolant getting in the oil. OFHG is good, compression is good, engine runs like a top...plugs all look good, coolant isn't getting into the cylinders......

...but...it's using coolant, and the bottom of the oil cap has some pretty nasty while jelly on it (not the normal stuff you might see from condensation). I did a pressure test on the coolant tank, and it's losing around 1psi of pretty every 2min....so it's got a very slow internal look. I'm guessing I might have just gotten a bad Elring head gasket (going with OEM BMW this time).

Not wanting to pull the engine again...that was a royal pain.

Any tips or tricks for pulling the head off while the engine is still in the car? I'm assuming I can just pull the turbos off, pull the intake, and then just pull the VC/cam tracks/head bolts...and pull the head right off?
