Interior swap heated seat issue

Hello everyone,
Yesterday I did a fox red interior swap. The donor car was the same spec (m sport, cold weather package, sport seat) but when I plug in the power for the seats the move and work functionally but the heated seats don’t work. The passenger light will stay on and then turn off and the drivers won’t even turn on. Please let me know what I should do!

You need to code it to your car to get your car recognise the new seat module

you've got non heated seats
get a picture of the underside of the new seats to check that

The underside and the modules look the same. I could he wrong about them having the heated seats but the donor car had all the same packages as me.
