Possible BOV issue / rev hang n54

09 n54. Has vsrf charge pipe and hks ssqv bov. No tune, stock downpipes. 6mt. When under heavy throttle and load, letting off throttle and pressing the clutch in to shift bumps the revs up. Revs jump more as load/rpms grow. Specifically tested making sure it is not a footwork issue, foot is not on throttle at all. Without pressing in the clutch, rpms don’t jump. Syncs up with hks sound, DOESNT happen without the BOV venting, happens more aggressively with a bigger blowoff. Any advice? I can record a video if that is needed.
