My son left something out in the garage and Carly I bumped it and got a scratch in the silver front trim piece … what is the best way to fix or minimize it ?

Touchup will look better from farther away, but be blotchy up close. You'd have to replace it to have it look "good". Or respray the whole piece and finish it to match factory - prob not worth it.

Looks like you have more damage to the actual body-color portion than the trim.
Have you seen the Robin Williams movie "The World According to Garp"? Consider it "pre-disastered" and just drive it. |

I have seen it, and that notion stuck with me. Why I don't mind a good used car. No need to worry about when that first chip is coming.
