I'm helping my buddy, who is not on the forums, list his AW LCI E91 Touring.

Basics:
2009 BMW 328i Wagon RWD
N52 / Auto
Sport package, Convenience package, Lighting package, PDC, and single hump
165k miles
Lifetime southern California & enthusiast owned
Alpine White exterior / Black interior
Clean carfax
$9k

Recent maintenance:
• Oil + filter
• Valve cover gasket
• Water pump / thermostat / coolant flush
• Oil cooler
• Oil filter housing gasket
• Front brake pads, rotors, and fluid
• Oil pan gasket with new bolts
• Front control arms, tie rods, sway bar links
• Rear wheel bearings & axles
• Transmission fluid flush
• Engine mounts
• Alignment

Only mods are tint, Megan Racing coilovers, muffler & resonator delete and TSW wheels.

Cons:
• Front bumper cover has been poorly redone
• Body has 5 dents that can be PDR'd
• Front tires are due soon
• Rear right window regulator is out

With all the labor-intensive maintenance having been done, this is a great daily/weekend trip car. These N52's are dead reliable and the cons do not affect drivability.
