F30 Route options meanings

Hello, I've purchased an F30 xDrive, made in Bavaria, and I am enjoying everything about it; and MyCarly for coding. I have a question about the route options screen, which displays three different options along with plus or minus signs on gas. Can someone please help me and explain to me what these are?

Did you have a look in the owners manual?
