The time has come to sell my 2009 BMW 335xi 6MT E90 sedan. I am the second owner on this vehicle. I’ve owned since March of 2012 when it had only 16k miles on it. The first owner was actually an older Italian person who custom ordered it this way from New York. I purchased it shortly after their lease turn in from a Jaguar dealer in Virginia. It has spent its entire life in Maryland after that. Garage kept for the first half of its tenure with me. Second half, poor car didn’t have a garage anymore. My family has grown and based on the other vehicles in the fleet this one is the one that needs to find a better home.

The vehicle will come with all the original engine parts.
The vehicle will come with parts receipts purchased from BMW for almost my entire tenure with the vehicle.
Car looks great for its age

Cons
The turbos are original and do have the waste gate rattle. When the vehicle was still under the warranty I tried to have them replaced but of course they didn’t make the noise and holding boost perfectly.
The clutch is original, I do drive the vehicle spiritedly but only once it’s warmed up. Clutch does not have a problem at all running at the most aggressive Cobb settings.
Suspension could use a refresh, shocks are starting to leak.
Headlights are a little hazy but I have film for it just haven’t had the time to get around to buffing them and applying the film.

As you can see I’m clear and transparent about everything on the vehicle. I would love for someone to take it and enjoy it just as much as I have. If it wasn’t for the fact that it doesn’t fit these new age newborn car seats I would have kept it and done all the work in hopes of giving it to my son on day.If it wasn’t for the love that it needs mechanically, I would have put this on bring a traile . I’m looking to get $8,500 with the 313is wheels or $8,000 with the original 187 style wheels or best offer. Please ask any questions. Thank you.

Here is a link to more pictures of the vehicle.
