Car is originally from Florida. In MN it is garaged and only driven during summer.
Adult non-smoker owned, no kids or pets.
Minimal mods, stock exhaust. List below.
Interior is in great shape, minor bubbling in trim on steering wheel (see photo), otherwise no issues.
Exterior is 9/10, not perfect. Can provide photos of all imperfections. No rust.
Engine runs fast and well, steers straight etc.
Clean title & carfax, no loan. 2 key fobs.
Only selling it because of limited garage space.
Located in St Paul, Minnesota.

Mods minimal:
Cone air filter (OEM airbox will be included)
JB4 computer (always using default map, can be disabled)
Aluminum charge pipe (common fix)
Rear subframe bushings (suspension)
M3 control arms (suspension)
Window tint (from FL)

Flaws:
Rear left door automatic lock does not work. Ignorable if you always leave the door locked.
Roof moulding front rack doors are missing and there are barely noticeable dents in the roof. Will include roof rack that covers the issue.
Front emblem damaged, plan to fix.
Beginning of a valve cover oil leak common for this model.
