Video DIY - Rear Subframe Inserts

A sloppy rear end isn't something your BMW should ever have... but ours was starting to get that way... so we had to do some work on one of the cars in the fleet and wanted to show you how easy to install these inserts are! We went with 034 Subframe Inserts in this E90 330i, they are an easy bandaid for bushings showing age, and a great upgrade for fresh bushings on the E9X 3 Series.

I hope yall enjoyed!

I just installed the Whiteline inserts I bought from you guys. They made quite a difference. Are these stiffer?

Most other inserts on the market are made of poly, these being made of metal they are going to allow even less deflection in the bushing.

If you have suspension your bushing is worn and old would this be a good substitute?
