SOS malfunction light/No audio

Recently just started up my 07 335 and had no bmw chime or audio from the speakers. A few minutes later I had a light pop up on my dash saying Sos malfunction. Scanned for codes and have none. Reset car and Idrive and still not fixed. Has this happened to anyone and if so how to I fix it?

Sounds to me you have a water leak. Check the rear left corner of your trunk. There should be an access panel there. Behind it is your amplifier and TCU. Check if it is swimming.

Let us know what you find

Check fuses too.
