Hi guys, I’m replacing the rear bearings in my 2008 bmw 328xi (trying to get rid of a droning womp womp sound) and I’m confused on what direction the bearings get pressed in. I’ve looked it up, and from what I can tell the black ring side gets pressed in first (to line up with the abs sensor) and orange is on the outside?

Also the inner part of the bearing on the orange side moves out and in, is that normal? They’re brand new F.A.G bearings. I can’t attach a video on Bimmerpost.
