I am installing Andream mmi and Rear camera on my 2011 335i CiC automatic.

Few questions regarding the rear camera installation.

Where do I connect the red wire from the video line to the mmi box?

Red wire - 12V Acc out
Purple wire - back up camera detect
Yello wire - reverse camera in
Black - ground

Do i need to connect the capacitor?

That svideo will not go through the trunk booth. Any other option where it goes?

Any other rear camera do yall recommend?

hi curious if you resolved this? I have this exact unit/wiring and am trying to understand where the wiring goes. Figured out the yellow audio in and I see the red (power) from the camera to the MMI however I do not know if that wires into the 12V out or the Rear/Backup detect wire or both?
