Loosing Coolant

Have a 2011 that is fully deleted. Just recently my low coolant alarm popped up. I added some coolant but then in a couple weeks it popped on again. Looked for a puddle but didn't see anything. A couple days later I pulled out of my spot at work and I seen a puddle. Popped hood and squeezed some hoses but could not see anything. Went home and put a 20 psig pressure test on the system. No real drop in pressure and could not see anything. I put two new O rings on the expansion tank lid to see if coolant is blowing past. Waiting to see if that is the issue but I am skeptical. Any ideas out there. I also replaced the thermostat and water pump about 10K miles ago.

Coolant flange under the intake manifold. Common problem.

Where exactly is that flange. I put my car up on the lift and left it running. After about 20 minutes it looked like it was leaking at the back end of the engine only because i see antifreeze between the engine and the trans. There is an opening right behind the oil pan where I can see some wetness in that open area.

Middle of the intake manifold, drivers side you'll see the big coolant lines disappearing underneath it. They'll usually leak once it heats up. Pull the intake manifold and replace it. Simple fix.
