Need Help indentifing a hose

I could use some help identifying this hose. It blew on my son's car. It's connected to the upper radiator.

It looks like it's the one that goes along the left (driver) side of the engine bay and to the heater core. If memory serves it has quick connect fittings on both ends.

I think you're correct. I did some more digging and came back with that. On the other end , it doesn't have a quick fitting. Its the metal screw type. I bought the car used, so it could be a hack job.

It should be 64219178427 but please verify with your VIN etc. #1 in the following diagram:

#1 has quick connects at both ends. #4 has a metal spring clamp at the heater core end from the factory, likely due to assembly reasons (can't fit two quick connects in close proximity or something)
