Burnt N54 Exhaust valve

How bad is this burned exhaust valve?
This is a donor motor with 97k on it.
Guy said it come out of a stock car that was getting an LS swap.
I don't really want to pull the head because I was told unless you refinish the head and block or use a cut ring gasket, this motor will not seal as good as factory.
Out of 10 how bad is this?
Can I just slap my 19Ts on it and go?
Will this just burn a little extra oil?
Is this compromising and needs to be addressed?

The other 5 have carbon build up so this one stands out. trying to figure out if I need to do work before installing the new motor.

After more research I guess this is likely not a burnt valve and rather a leaky valve seal. I guess It should be replaced.

my research resulted in normal, to gas additives, to lean burn in that cylinder, to valve stem seals leaking.

Pretty normal looking to me. You can't look at a valve stem and tell if it's "burnt". When most people refer to a "burnt valve"...it's when the valve has an actual burn spot on the sealing surface and it won't seal. It has nothing to do with the look of the valve stem.

Do a leak down test...that will tell you if the valves are leaking.
