If you've already done the aluminum PCV valve upgrade, this is will actually replace that valve with a passthrough valve that leads to a catch can and then connects to the throttle body. I've already seen a decent amount of oil in the catch can that would have otherwise coated my intake valves.

great to hear your catch can has activity - well done; did you install? where does it connect to the throttle body - i have an adapter on the vacuum connection point to increase the size from 3mm to 6mm for my TiAL blow off valve.

I have RB's external also and it's awesome, night and day from before installing it. Here's a diy, it comes with the same adapter you have but with 2 ports for your bov and this iirc
