So I had a gallon of liquid laundry detergent in my trunk and I spilled on the back left side… Which is where the logic 7 amp is.

On my drive back, I heard the strangest snap, crackle, and pop and i’m pretty sure it’s fully fried.

If I were to replace the amp, would I have to replace the wiring as well? How screwed am I???

Inspect it most likely it's just the amp.
You can find them used on Ebay.

Visual Inspection is the first step .
There may be power on the harness when the trunk and doors are open.

For the trunk liner, how do I remove those black clips that hold it in place? They seem not to budge with force.

I agree with ctuna, inspection 1st, most of the time is fixable.

If not, see local ads, ebay they are quite expensive. Locally there's a guy trying to sell it for months, in good condition, 150$ cad.

Your handle says you have a convertible does that even have a Trunk?
If you don't have a convertible and it has the tool tray on the left side you don't
have to get the trunk floor up only the bottom of the trunk liner and the tool tray.
