N54 Low boost problem MHD STG2+

Hello. I’m looking for some help on my n54. I recently bought it, it was bone stock original. I installed chargepipe with BOV, FMIC, DCIs and Catless down pipes. Pretty quickly. So I didn’t data log before all this so I don’t know if the turbos were making target boost before or not. What I do know is that now with the MHD Stage 2+ tune target PSI is around 18-19 and my car is making around 11.7-12 psi. So my initial thought was that something is leaking big time. I visually inspected anything I could see but couldn’t find anything odd. I do have waste gate rattle. Car has 190.000 km on it with ORG turbos. Any suggestions where to start? Or is the turbos fucked? One thing to note is that I plugged the o2 hole with a bolt (the one further down the exhaust) because my OEM one broke when we opened it up on the cats. Don’t know if this is related but it’s worth mentioning.
I data logged some pulls from third gear I’ll attach it

Grateful for any help

I would start with trying to shorten your wastegate rods to get them to pull fully closed...it will stop the rattle, and that could be why you aren't making enough boost. If that doesn't help....time for new turbos. That's a lot of miles on yours.

Isn’t only the rear turbo available to shorten the rod? The front isn’t possible unless you drop subframe?

Ive seen the washer fix on Youtube where you add 2 washers to the rod actuator on front Turbo,

Yep....for the front one, you have to unbolt the wastegate actuator, and put a washer or two between the actuator and the mounting bracket....effectively pulling it back a little bit, which does the same thing as shortening the rod.

The back one is easy to do because you can get to the actual nut and rod, but on the front one, it takes a little time...but not bad.

Regarding the “easy access” for the rear turbo rod, not so much on the 1 series. 🙄😂.Space is so limited in there. Barely can access it from underneath. Me and a mechanic friend did a couple of turns last year but haven’t done the washer method for the front turbo yet. May do this soon…
