Euro spec steering wheel on U.S spec car?
Hi guys!
I’m looking to fit a euro spec display wheel (I believe it is from Greece, it’s on eBay, and seller is unresponsive) onto a US spec car. From my research my understanding is all the parts are the exact same except the airbag. I would need a single stage airbag is what I’m thinking unless I can see more pictures to confirm if it is a dual stage. My question is, can I source a single stage airbag and make it work on a U.S spec car or would that cause coding issues. Also is there anyway to put a dual stage airbag on a single stage wheel or would that be an issue? Also curious vice versa in this situation as well. Any guidance is much appreciated! |

There’s a post somewhere where I commented but yes there’s just one variable that you need to code to switch from dual stage airbag to single stage
