N52 timing chain slide bolts backing out

Was recently doing the vcg on my 07 328xi and noticed that the upper timing chain slide bolts had seemed like that they had backed out. Is this how they're supposed to be and im just freaking out for nothing or is this a problem I should address and if so could I just torque the bolts back in. I've looked online and found no one mentioning this.
The only image I could really compare to is this one I found online I am referring to the 2 torqex bolts in line with each other. The first image is the one I found online and used as a reference, the second one is mine. Could anyone please help me
