Liqui Moly or Castrol oil?

I have a BMW 320d 2008. I recently switched my last oil change to using Liqui Moly LIQUI MOLY Top Tec 4600 5W-30 and used the LIQUI MOLY Cera Tec 3721 oil additive with it too.

I feel the car drives better and the engine seems more quiet.

Should I stick with Liqui moly for the near future or go back to Castrol which is recommended in the manual?
