Rod bearings failure

Hello, I’m pretty sure I spun a rod bearing. Haven’t dropped the oil pan (garage is full), but do you guys think the block is ok? I had to drive it a few miles on it knocking really loud and grinding. Thinking about going the built route and dropping in new pistons rods and looking at the 4n 2.6L destroker kit.

Lots of metal in oil filter btw
Thanks!

You'll likely not know until you get in there, and see how the rod turns.

Driving it after it was spun is bad. Wouldn't take much to bend the rod. "Lots" of metal" is also not a great sign.
