No audio from Audiotec fischer/Bimmertech PP 82DSP

I've had this in the car (e90) for quite some time and it worked fine that last time I tried it, granted that was about 4 or 5 years ago!

Fast forward to now when I'm trying to get the car back on the road but the amp does not produce any sounds. So none of the gongs when you turn the key on etc, and certainly nothing from radio, cd etc

I've put in a used hifi amp and sounds are all good now so it must be the amp. Anybody have any ideas? Seems to get power (I think it was red LED) but nothing else. I only have macbooks in the house, no windows, unfortunately.

Are there in physical indicators like fans running?
Does it have power?
Use the software for Audio Tec to see if it responds
if the first things mentioned are happening.

Solid red on status LED.

I think I had read that was the fuse has blown inside it but I'm not sure how to replace that. I can't seem to be able to find anything on the interweb telling me how to do it.

Actually, it looks like "If it lights up red constantly, the undervoltage protection is active"

Not sure how to resolve this though. None of the cabling should have changed

Correct. Also the Fuse led will light up if the fuses inside the amplifier are blown.

Voltmeter and the knowledge of you to use required for the first step.
Measure the Input Voltage common.
