Whenever I start my car on idle i hear this terrible fast knock/rattle only when i stand to the left or right of the car it’s weird, if i open the hood all i hear is the injectors ticking. It’s kinda hard to tell in the video due to the injectors but it’s noticeable in person. pleaseee helppp

I don't hear anything out of the ordinary with your car. What you might be hearing is lifter tick which is common especially on early build cars. My 07 335i actually suffers from lifter tick when I use Castrol oil, and is significantly quieter when I use Mobil 1. I did try the LiquiMoly hydraulic lifter additive but I didn't see (hear) a significant different so I just don't use it anymore.
