Cool 2008 335i coupe o2 heater not setting and high multiplicative fuel trims on bank 2

Hello everyone, this is my first post so please bear with my as I'm still learning.
A little info about myself. I went to school at UTI in the 80s for automotive and diesel mechanics so I have some knowledge albeit old technology. I worked primarily with diesel mechanics on heavy equipment so have very little knowledge on European cars. That said I have this 335i that was my son's car. He passed about a year ago so it has been my therapy to repair his car. Failure is not a option as I've spent a ton of money on this car as well as the sentimental value.
On to the problem. The car was bought used and had a check engine light periodically. My son was supposed to return it to the dealer but didn't. While driving it the water pump went out and it overheat and went into safe mode. Engine shut down in slow lane as there was no way off the road. The engine would not crank. Towed it home, found starter to be bad. Replaced waterpump and thermostat and .1st hoses. Ran for 30 min and started to get hot. While test to make sure water pump was powered up a bare wire arced to ground. Engine ran bad then not at all. I had a master relay code so after changing fuse panel with same part # and verified all fuses were in proper locations (took pics of old panel before I removed) still nothing. Finally sent dme to ECU Pro. They said ecm had water damage and cloned a msd80. Installed and car spung to life. Problem solved, not yet. Had a code for bank 2 running lean. I replaced all three injectors with index 8. Bought a nt710 foxwell and coded the injectors. Reset the adaptations for tps and fuel trim. Also the trans. I now have a code for multiplicative fuel trim only on bank 2. I bought a smoke tester and only had a small leak at turbo boost line of rear turbo. I replaced valve cover with aluminum one and replaced intake gaskets for good measure. I also replaced tmap sensor and pre-cat o2 sensor on bank 2. None of these things have budged my fuel trim of 26-30. This is were my knowledge lacks as my understanding of o2 sensors. Both pre cat sensors are between 0 and 1 as well as the post cat are nearly identical (around 0 to 1) multiplicative trim on bank 1 is around 6. I have a code the bank 2 trim and my o2 and o2 heater monitors won't set. I'm wondering now if the wiring or a fuse could be causing this. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Rob
