I just put this car back together for like the third time after accident(deer). After an lci conv and 1m front bumper, to find out its not running is pissing me off.

here is an update to status. it was a bitch of a job to get these exhaust bolts off to get the head off without removing the engine or sub frame from the car.

I managed to put it all back together. I changed out a lot of other parts since i was already i there. I've learned a lot on this car. first time doing this job on this car. I use to work for honda as a mechanic. Thank God for these forms and the internet.

changed out crankshaft sprocket, friction plates, timing chain, timing chain guides, front crankshaft seal, head gasket, oil filter housing gasket, serpentine belt and all pulleys, new intake camshaft bearing ledge, along with new camshaft seals for both intake and exhaust, valve cover gasket, exhaust manifold gaskets, new vacuum hoses, added a oil catch can, new water pump hose, timing chain tensioner, and list goes on.

I’m having similar issues my 335i is running Vargas turbo on 93 stock fueling fbo ran fine first few days and brand new upgraded coil packs car is now stuttering and black smoke which I’m assuming means the afr is completely out of wack I’m guessing it’s the hpfp as I have the 2013 + pump which is less flowing but no codes
