Hey everyone,
Still getting used on how to use these forums properly, so please bear with me.

Ihave BMW e92 320i LCI swapped to an N52 and now finally to an N54.
Was a manual and now is an auto.

We swapped almost everything from the donor car.

And now I have an issue with the key fob. It would get stuck in the slot all the time.
It would come out eventually, after pressing the ignition button and pressing the key right after several times. (While the car is park of course)

Sometimes it comes out right away sometimes it won't.
This has been a real bummer for a while and it is really annoying.

I've tried replacing the wiring that goes to the CAS along with the key slot, no luck.
The issue started after the first swap.

Any Idea on what could cause this issue?
Any help is welcomed.
