[OBD problem] BMW E90 330i 2005
Hi everyone,
I would like to ask for your help with a problem following an engine swap. After the swap, I have no communication with my OBD socket. Please note that the donor vehicle already had no OBD communication before the swap. Here are the details of the vehicles and components retained or replaced: Base vehicle Model: 2010 BMW 320i E90 phase 2 (automatic transmission, gasoline) Retained components : Exterior lighting system Chassis Mirrors Audio system Dashboard All airbags Airbag computer Donor vehicle Model: BMW 330i E90 phase 1 (manual gearbox, petrol) from 2005 Swapped parts : Comfort harness (interior) and engine harness 3L petrol engine Gearbox Active steering Rear axle Cardan shafts Level sensor Anti-theft system Cooling system Fuel pump Running gear Fuse box All ECUs Additional options : heated seats, adaptive cruise control, sunroof Work carried out on OBD socket Replacement of all pins Refurbishment of OBD socket Test of all fuses Verification of correct pin location via a diagram supplied by BMW Diagnostics used K+DCAN with INPA or ISTA (functional on a 2003 BMW E46 330d) iCarsoft Ultra multi-brand diagnostics Despite all this, I still have no communication with the OBD.
