just passed smog with the 330i tune on my 328i I do not have the 3SIM either so I have a BMW code for the missing disa valves but that isn't a CARB code and does not show up on OBD II.

Passed flying colors, was kinda bumed as my bone stock car I wanted to go through the CA Referee process after flashing it back in the parking lot before I went in.
