2010 BMW 335i xdrive misfiring

Hello there,

I am new to this forum so I'm sorry if this is in the wrong place, or had previously been answered.

I recently replaced my valve cover gasket on my car. After putting the car back together and letting it idle for 15 minutes or so in my garage, I went to drive it around and the car started throwing codes and misfiring, especially at idle a very tough idle. It should be noted that when it was idling the idle was normal and I did not see any leaks or any other issues.
I took the car back apart and other than finding two of the coils being damaged(possibly upon reinstalling them) I replaced those, had another mechanic friend of mine come over to my garage and bought another valve cover gasket and reinstalled as it had rolled or something after putting it back together. It should be noted I am also a mechanic but am new to working on BMW as this is my first one I've owned.
The valve cover gasket is all good now, and properly seated. I replaced the damaged coils, and there is no fuel leaks or anything. I also let the car sit over night, pulled the spark plugs and they are dry. So I don't believe I have leaking fuel injectors. I replaced the brittle braided vacuum lines that always seem to break when doing this job, and this seems like an air leak to me.
Car is still misfiring. With a very rough idle.
I only have a basic code reader but the codes it's sending are P0012, P0526, P0546 and general misfire codes for every single cylinder.
I have tried to provide as much information as possible and am hoping someone here has an idea of something I'm missing.

Thanks.
