Hey guys I'm not very tech savvy and am wondering if this meets the requirements for ista and if not maybe a suggestion in the bend oregon area 97760 I already bought wrong computer cuz I'm an idiot

Processor: A processor with at least 2 cores and a clock frequency of 2.1 GHz, or a processor with 4 cores and a clock frequency of at least 1.8 GHz, or a processor with 8 or more cores and a clock frequency of at least 1.5 GHz
RAM: At least 4 GB of RAM, but 8 GB is recommended
Hard disk space: 70 GB or more for ISTA-D (ISTA+), or 120 GB for ISTA-P (Programming)
Display screen resolution: At least 1280x1024
USB: At least USB 2.0
