Windshield/rear window trim/seal

Curious if this a potential water leak waiting to wreak havoc or just cosmetic. I believe thenthese are just cosmetic but wanted to check… the rubber trim is pretty much gone on the windshield at the top and the rear window has a small chunk missing at the corner. Should I get this fixed asap or just cosmetic? Is this something they would replace at a glass shop like safelite, etc?

The windshield is glued down so it shouldn't leak, but that looks horrible you should replace it. You can do it yourself in about 10 minutes including time to clean up the old rubber.
