Rear Wheel Chatter

Hello everyone,

I recently got a code for rear right wheel speed sensor and currently do not have AWD, ABS, Traction control, and cruise control. I am not super worried about this as from what I can tell it is pretty common.

What started happening a little after I got this code was that on super tight turns it seems one of the rear wheels is slipping and it sounds like I am peeling out haha. almost like I have a locked differential.

Anyone have any idea what this is? My first thought was differential is bad. or wheel bearing. Anyone have the same issue? Is it finally time to get a new car?

Thanks

It’s the traction control and or abs kicking in as it thinks that wheel is skidding

Thank you that makes sense. I would have thought that abs and traction control wouldn’t have been working at all

It’s either showing that wheel is going 0mph or it’s flicking in and out. Either way the car won’t be loveing it and thinking it’s skidding or wheel spinning and either cutting power or applying that brake caliper

E-Diff uses the wheel speed sensors. Replace the faulty one.
