Oil reset Service Info

Hello this is my first post and bmw, I’ve read so many link forums and videos but none have worked for me.
I tried using the BC holding and pressing, Trip reset, and when the car is on/not fully on door open door closed etc

I cannot reset the oil it doesn’t even give me an option, I called the dealership and they said they reset the gauge themselves because they want you to take it into them.

I have a 2011 328i xdrive vin - WBAPK5G59BNN26587

If someone could help me out i would love that I figured someone must know how

Hello there!! A pleasure, my name is Jonathan. I'll leave you a short video explanation. It's very easy to restart. If you can't do it, I'll try to help you. Write me here on the forum. I'm waiting.
