N55 Misfire/rough idle issues

I'm about done with this car at this point, it's been months since it ran normal.
2011 335xi 105k miles mods:
  • CPe cat-less downpipes
  • muffler delete
  • 7 in front mount intercooler
  • VRSF charge pipe
  • AFE power intake
  • Tuned with mhd stage 2+
  • 3.5 Bar sensor
I don't want to throw anymore money at it at until I'm pretty sure it's going to fix the problem.
Both on cold and warm starts now I can tell the engine is misfiring due to some kind of mixture control issue.

Here are the codes I am getting:
2775- Air mass, plausibility: air mass too low
2BEA- Mixture control: Fuel-air mixture too lean, large deviation
2EE2, 2EF3, 2EFE, 2F03- misfiring several cylinders and always says cylinder 5
2C42- mixture control multiple fault
2BC0- Mixture control: Fuel-air mixture too lean

Also here is a log of a warm idle:
https://datazap.me/u/jritzgarage/idle?log=0&data=10-20

I have just changed the spark plugs and coils within less than 2k miles as well as a fresh oil change. HPFP was also done within 4k miles as well as intake valve cleaning. I've tried deleting mhd doesn't affect it. I did recently notice a sensor that it damaged, on the passenger side where the crankcase breather hose attaches right across from the coolant reservoir, I have no idea what this sensor is for however. It was completely unplugged but looks to be broken so plugging it back in did nothing.

Any and all help would be much appreciated

My car deviates from 600RPM - 1000RPM and it “flutters” for a minute then smoothens out. Mine throws no codes... Any different from yours other than the codes?

Have you tried cleaning the MAF? Can you take a picture of the broken connector?

yes Ive tried cleaning the MAF and it doesn't seem to have any affect so far, I tried again today while also switching back to the stock air intake. Still no change.
I have attached the images of the connector, I looked up the part number but it tell me nothing about what it actually is.

Well it doesn't sound much different from what you describe tgeho_e92 but it's a pretty violent shaking of the car and then smoothens out after about 10-20 seconds. When I pulled the old spark plugs they were covered in black as well.

Mine isn't violent. Almost like the computer is trying to change fuel spark and air ratios to find the proper one. I've been in a buddy's Bimmer and his doesn't do it so I'm stumped. Post on the forum when you figure it out I'm curious as hell as to what it's doing.

I've been getting the same codes and the same rough idle problems

Pls lmk if anyone figures this out. Btw new to the bmw community. I'm pretty sure there's a huge boost leak and I can hear air just going out everytime when I step on the gas.
Stage 1 mhd
Vrsf charge pipe
I've had the boost leak even before changing the Charge pipe, and I recently got the misfire codes. The car sometimes die on idle and engine struggles rlly hard wherever I put into drive. But everything is fine after a min or two. Plss help

So i finally looked back at this thread, I discovered the issue a couple weeks later. The MAF sensor had been screwed in with way bigger screws by the previous owner and put holes into the intake not visible with the MAF mounted.
Air was getting past the MAF basically but not enough to make it obvious.
