Oil Leak - Common issue?
Hi Everyone,
I have a BMW 318i 2008 but recently ive been needing to top up the oil a bit too frequently, suggesting a probable leak. I know older cars do leak but trying to find a fix... Video attached - burns slightly at the start of a drive but fine after a few minutes. https://youtube.com/shorts/2nZrn6iD9lc?feature=share Clear visible leaks coming from somewhere. Anyone with experience of this know what may be the issue please? |

Top three possibilities are:
1) Valve cover gasket 2) Oil filter housing/oil cooler gaskets 3) Sump gasket.
