After replace the vanos

My car had 2A87 and 3100 codes when I was driving at high speed before. I found some information and thought it was the exhaust solenoid valve. I ordered aftermarket vanos online and replaced the old vanos. But when I drove again, the car started to shake after I stepped on the accelerator and shifted gears. It felt like the car was jumping back and forth. I really want to know what the reason is. I checked the vanos installation and made sure it was installed properly. Does anyone have this experience? Hope to get help
