Engine Malfunction
Upon fast acceleration my n55 335i keeps on saying engine malfunctio, these codes come up when reading with MHD scanner but i keep digging into a deeper hole with multiple options to fix
should i get a smoke test done? |

The Primary Fault Code is 2C56. Here is Link to BMW Fault Code Lookup Fault Information Sheet, with Service Plan:

If your MHD or any other available Tool will display Live Data, I would first monitor Boost Pressure as Live Data to determine what is happening. Is Boost Pressure always implausible, or is it intermittent? Does Wastegate Open? Is it operative? I don't have an N55, so perhaps others can help, at least with further test results supplied by you.
