thing is im not trying to put paddle shifters on my old steering. my new steering i got from M3 has its own paddles. and my old steering is without paddle shifters

So do you want to add the wiring to make them work, or do you want to get rid of them? If you want them to work, follow the links above that explain to do the wiring. If you want to delete, then they just unscrew and unplug from the radio controls. Either ignore the spaces where you removed them from (You literally can't see them) or you can get some covers like these to fill the voids: https://beracingtuning.com/product/e...le-delete-kit/
