1. Found wheels on craigslist.
2. Loaded em up in the E91.
3. Deep cleaned them
4. Removed old wheel weights. Removed adhesive with eraser wheel.
5. Split wheels apart. 34 bolts per wheel
6. Assessed corrosion
7. Stripped clearcoat
8. Sanded with 2 inch sanding disc on drill attachment, 220 grit. Sand by hand, 80, 220, 320, 400, 600, 800, 1000, 1200, 1500, 2000, 3000, 5000.
9-10. 3-stage polish with Mother's aluminum wheel polish
i) with Mother's foam cone drill attachment.
ii) with Terry cloth drill attachment .
iii) Hand polish.
11. Admired barrels while waiting for centers to get painted
12-13. Reassemble wheels, custom fit authentic BBS center caps onto hub caps. Mount tires, polish wheels again after tire machine scuffed outer lips. Ceramic coated wheels.
14. Mount them on the E91.
15. Test drive.

I stopped counting after 9 hours per wheel.

Oh sorry, 15mm spacers used in these photos but since there was slight rubbing, I removed the spacers.
