Rough running after injector and spark plug change
So i have a 2011 n53 325i e93
I was having problems where the car would violently shake on cold start with uneven idle and stink of petrol (the shaking would go away after around 30 seconds and revs would go back to idle). Knowing this i decided to change my fuel injectors and spark plugs for safe measure. After changing the injectors the violent shake on cold start went away however now theres a suble shake and uneven revs at idle. I checked INPA and it shows injector 6 voltage being much higher than the rest and a lower electicity charge. What could the problem be here? Also when coding the injectors, i inputted the data into INPA in order so cylinder 1 = injector 1 on INPA (front of engine) cylinder 2 = injector 2 on INPA cylinder 3 = injector 3 on INPA cylinder 4 = injector 4 on INPA cylinder 5 = injector 5 on INPA cylinder 6 = injector 6 on INPA However after doing some research some people suggest that the order is given by the firing order of the engine? I could only find post about the n43 which suggested cylinder 1 = injector 1 on INPA (front of engine) cylinder 2 = injector 6 on INPA cylinder 3 = injector 5 on INPA cylinder 4 = injector 3 on INPA So i have coded my injectors in the wrong order? and what would the correct order be? Could this coding solve the weird voltage reading and uneven idle? |
