Dent in quarter panel

My terminal became loose on the battery and when I went to start the car it had no power, trunk lock is broken and when the battery is not connected the front jumping points do not work. Forgetting how quarter panels can be, I decided to try to push & shake the car where the battery is and I made what I think is an expensive mistake 😂 Is this something you pop out or do I take it to the body shop? asking the question here first before spending money because all dents are not the same, but it obviously is metal😅 (I did manage to get the car powered on though!)

Your image isn't sized correctly for a computer, so I can't really see it, but take a pic and send it to a painless dent repair place and ask them if they can pop it out. I did that on one car, and while it didn't come out perfect, it was a LOT better than it was. And super cheap compared to body shop repair.
