72 yr old here. I wish losing a name every now and then was all I forgot. I have been known to stand up from my chair and by the time I'm unbent and done creaking I've completely lost what I was standing up for.

Yes, for me forgetting things affects a little of part of everything, which is why I write as much down as possible while I still am remembering a particular something. Such is life.

Body's 75 but the brain is 18 (except for the memory part). Remember, you have to grow old (if you're lucky), you don't have to grow up. I just wish my body would obey my mind.

Now that I`ve gotten older, everything is finally starting to click for me.

My neck has been cracking a lot lately. Like cracking knuckles, except in my neck. Might need to get that checked out.
