Steering wheel vibration when turning left.

Hi,

Got a bad steering wheel vibration on my e90, even turned slightly I can feel it and turning with acceleration is even worse. Its absolutely fine when turning right. Don’t have any vibrations when I break or at any speed going straight. I notice it at junctions or roundabouts. Or left bends. Anyone had this before? Really thrustrating. Any ideas would be great. Had new tyres and wheels recently balanced.
