Hi guys,

I have a 2011 335d, however whoever originally specced the car must of hated music and chose the “base” audio without tweeters etc. I’ve upgraded the HU to one of those Xtrons Apple Car Play devices however I want better sound from the car. The standard system is far too quiet and the lack of tweeters is upsetting.

I’ve looked at the Vibe Optisound kit which looks promising. I’ve seen they do a little amp too which hides behind the dash which I’m assuming will allow the speakers to be louder than the factory item.

I’ve seen the optisound kit has an option with or without the under seat subwoofers, in the UK it’s hard to get any other kit other than the Vibe kit however the underwear subwoofers there’s a good few options, so I don’t mind having something different under there.

Has anyone tried the vibe optisound kit if so is it worth upgrading?
