Maintenance too early?

I have a 2008 BMW 328Xi and a 2011 i Xdrive.

my 2011 I found with 40,000km on it! wooooohooooo.

Having no idea how much, or how little maintenance was done, I went and changed the plugs and coils, and will do the Vanos Selenoids tomorrow.

Plugs were a bit blackish, and were gapped at .40
I gapped the new ones at .32.

No idea if the coils were bad or not, but it was only $300, so I did it anyway.

Too much too early? Or money well spent having no idea the previous history?

Trans fluid done. Front diff done. Rear diff done. Oil done.
Anything else to create an easy nexty 50,000km?

Congratulations on the find. Get your self some diagnostic and coding software if you don't already.
I have Protool since I didn't want to haul a laptop and bother installing and setting up software on it.
I needed to change spark plugs and coils due to a misfire at around 48,000Km. So that's good you already taken care of that.
If all other maintenance are done like you said, I think you are good. Make sure the belt is good. And check for oil leaks in that area.
