Definitive way to clean e90 plastic!!!

I have finally found a cleaner that will clean the scuff marks from the plastic (behind front seats, door panels, etc.)!!! I've tried every kind of expensive cleaner imaginable to no avail...until I went in our garage and found some Vroom All Purpose Cleaner laying around(the stuff you buy in the auto section at Target for like 99 cents). I sprayed it on and wiped it off and all the black marks were gone. No scrubbing. This just goes to show how some cheap ass stuff can be the best.

Just make sure it doesn't discolor the surface. That's the key problem with most cheap cleaners is that they are just really harsh chemicals. Battery acid would work too - my point being that it's wise to test on a small inconspicuous area first. I've found Griot's interior cleaner to be pretty good.

I've had great luck with 303 - no scrubbing, just a good wipe down with some PakShak micro

Vinylex works very well for me. It's cheap, and quite easy to find.

When I get scuff marks on the back of the seats, or on the doors I just use a damp cloth...it works everytime.

303 Aerospace is the stuff to use. Works great on the black door panels. Yeah, those ones that you usually touch when you go to close the door.
