Sh*ttt I got a scrape on my new 335

So ok its not the end of the world, but I was a little stupid got a scrape while parking, a little paint peeled off and a few small yellow and black streaks on the lower right bumper. Its monaco blue exterior, so what would be the best route to take in fixing it, touch up paint?

This should probably be moved to the Detailers forum. But basically you start light and go up from there:

1. Wash
2. Clay
3. ScratchX
4. Machine buffing
5. Wetsanding
6. Body shop/painting

I've had great luck with Meguiars ScratchX on the type of thing you're talking about. But, to be sure... post a picture if you can. Maybe it's deeper than we realize.

2 birds, one stone

I'm not looking for perfection, but do you think this could signficantly improved by wetsanding or something similar?

BMW wants the equivalent of USD 600 to repaint the bumper.

I'd pay it, but I'm afraid the moment I do, it will somehow get scratched again.

you can buff that out..

If it doesn't use 3000 grit sandpaper, presoak for a couple hours and wetsand that portion lightly and buff again.
